Biography

Jorin’s interdisciplinary expertise lies in engineering, neuroscience and chemical biology. Prior to joining the BioPattern Laboratory at Imperial College London, he developed an interface between 3D-printed synthetic tissues and living cells for the precision delivery of small molecules during his PhD at the University of Oxford. At the BPL, Jorin explores novel aspects thereof, building upon previous expertise. Jorin is Postdoc representative of the Section of Structural and Synthetic Biology of the Department of Infectious Disease and sponsorship lead at the Early Career Researchers Club.
